‍ ‍Responsibilities: Plan and design structures for architecture company. Duties may include: Provide  design services during conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation phases of a project. Respond to contractors and assisting owner during a bidding process. Respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Submittals from the contractor during construction administration phase.  Prepare construction documents for and handling feedback from the authorities having jurisdiction in accordance with the local, state, and national building codes.  Draft construction details with an understanding of building materials.  Interface with engineering consultants to coordinate on structural, mechanical-electrical-plumbing (MEP), technology, fire alarm, and other drawings.  Monitor and provide feedback on construction progress on the job site.  Participate in joint meetings with owner, and contractor. Manage and develop a complex Revit model.  Create renderings using SketchUp and Enscape.  Domestic travel required for routine monthly site visits and client onsite meetings. May telecommute part-time.

‍ ‍Requirements: Bachelor of Architecture degree or foreign degree equivalent and two years of experience working as an Architectural Intern, Junior Designer, Designer, or Architect. 

‍ ‍Salary Range:$79,768 to $85,000/year, 40 hrs per wk. Standard corporate benefits may apply.
